I used the stitch pattern from this vintage pattern,
but as you can see I did plain sleeves, a lower neckline and no collar. The back is also plain and I knitted the body in one piece rather than separately and seamed (apart from the shoulders - they are seamed).
I bought the buttons at the Edinburgh Yarn Festival two years ago and they are a really good colour match.
I am so pleased to have got round to knitting this up - I love the colour and there hasn't been a justifiable reason for the delay (other than so many other things to knit...)
